The usual hilly 5k course over the tracks from the main Famau car park. Slower than previous runnings, predictably enough, but this still felt like a useful session with tired legs after a hard ride yesterday and the fell race on Wednesday. Andy, Jez and I all finished in about the same time, but I just edged third place with 21.28 or so. By rights you should always finish mid-table in a handicap I always feel, otherwise you've been economical with the truth!
